Our cooking courses range from Oriental, Italian, French, African, Asian and fusion cuisines. We focus on enlightening the full cooking cycle in a practical, fun atmosphere. First of all, we start by explaining what to look for when buying ingredients. Furthermore, we explain how to store them, clean them, cook them and finally serving and consequently, enjoying them. As a result, our aim is to maximum taste with minimum effort in the kitchen. All courses are designed in a speedy gourmet style.

Course Structure

  • Our cooking courses are designed to fit both beginners and advanced food lovers
  • Themes courses can be structured into 4 or more sessions
  • Each session is self-independent. The participant will still benefit from attending one session in a theme of 4 or more sessions
  • Each session is hands on and last for three hours
  • Two to three recipes during each session to learn different cuisines and cooking techniques
  • We will all sit down and taste the final product

  • Sessions are conducted every Monday and Thursday from 6-9pm and every Saturday from 11am sharp till around 2pm
