We started bottom up from kitchen hand at the Lazy Lobster in Brighton-Le-Sands until we gathered a wealth of experience academically and practically. Consequently, we flourished as today’s culinary consultants. We have consulted and created several concepts such cafes, restaurants and even several chains of international restaurants. Our expertise is mostly relevant in the areas of financial feasibility planning, and growth tactics. Furthermore, our edge is most noteworthy in the design and modernisation of the menus, training of chefs to ensure quality excellence, cost calculations for raw materials and manual writing collaboration.
Culinary Consultation
In 1996, we opened the first institute of its kind that specialises in amateur and professional training in the art of dining in the suburb of Heliopolis in Cairo, Egypt. Our expertise includes providing culinary consultation advice, products, services, training and solutions in all areas of cooking aimed to build and improve our clients’ business including our cooking show.
Today, we extend our culinary consultation services into Australia. We are delighted at being back where it all started, where we learned and developed our foundation. Our services covers culinary consultations and cooking courses for amateurs and professionals.
